With the rapid development of our country, electroplating equipment has become an indispensable part of production workshops. In industrial production, it is not enough to have only the power supply and plating tank to complete the electroplating process according to technical requirements. It is also necessary to have auxiliary equipment to ensure normal electroplating production. These include cathode movement or stirring devices, heating or cooling equipment, plating solution circulation or filtration equipment, and essential accessories for plating tanks, such as electrode rods, electrode wires, anodes, anode baskets, and electroplating hangers. As we can see, auxiliary equipment plays an important role in industry.

1. **Cathode Movement or Stirring Device**

In industrial processing, some plating types require the cathode to be in motion or in a stirring/swinging state. This increases the working current and maximizes the effect of the plating solution, preventing issues such as rough plating on edges and corners, burning, etc.

Since electroplating solutions need to work at specific temperatures, heating equipment must be provided for the plating tanks. For example, bright nickel plating requires the solution temperature to be maintained at 50°C, chrome plating requires a temperature of 50–60°C, while acidic bright copper plating or bright silver plating requires a temperature below 30°C. For these process requirements, heat exchange equipment is needed. Heating is generally achieved through direct heating methods.

3. **Filtration and Circulation Filtration**

To ensure the quality of electroplating, the plating solution needs to be filtered regularly. Some plating types also require continuous filtration during operation. Filtration machines are commonly used equipment in the chemical industry, and they are standardized equipment. Filtration machines can be selected based on the plating type, tank size, and process requirements.

4. **Essential Accessories for Plating Tanks**

Essential accessories for plating tanks include anodes, anode baskets or hooks, electrode rods, power connection wires, and anode sleeves. Some factories, in order to save investment, may not use anode baskets and instead hang the anodes directly in the plating tank with hooks.

5. **Hangers**

Hangers are important auxiliary tools in electroplating processing. They ensure a good connection between the plated products and the cathode, and they directly affect the distribution of the plating layer and work efficiency, making them crucial equipment in the process.
