How to maintain a continuous electroplating production line?

Currently, a highly efficient and fast electroplating equipment can electroplate multiple workpieces simultaneously. During the electroplating process, the liquid medium is stirred, which accelerates the electroplating of the workpieces. The stirred electroplating liquid medium filters impurities from the electroplating tank, ensuring the purity and quality of the electroplating, greatly improving the electroplating efficiency. This is high-efficiency and fast electroplating equipment.

It includes the electroplating tank, impurity filter, and stirrer. The electroplating tank is placed on a frame, with an electroplating tank cover on the top, sealing it for contact. The upper part of the electroplating tank cover is equipped with several cathode rods and electroplating workpieces. The lower ends of the cathode rods and electroplating workpieces extend into the electroplating tank. The electroplating tank is filled with electroplating liquid medium, and the lower ends of the cathode rods and electroplating workpieces are submerged in the liquid. A row of stirrers is arranged at the lower end of the electroplating tank, with the stirrer blades partially immersed in the liquid medium. The driving part is fixed on the frame. One end of the electroplating tank is equipped with a liquid suction pipe, and a one-way valve is installed at the connection between the electroplating tank and the suction pipe. The other end of the suction pipe is connected to the lower end of the impurity filter. The upper end of the impurity filter is connected to a liquid suction pump. The output end of the suction pump is connected to the electroplating tank through a drainage pipe. The impurity filter and the suction pump are placed on a pump support base.

How to maintain a continuous electroplating production line

Maintenance discussion before long-term shutdown: If the equipment is scheduled to be shut down for a long period, maintenance should be performed to prevent corrosion and aging during the shutdown. The following actions should be taken: clean the floor, remove water from the floor, keep the floor dry, and ensure the cleanliness and dryness of the machine table, tank, crane, and hanging devices. Wrap all motors with plastic wrap for protection; inject lubricating grease into all bearings to prevent rust; clean all chemicals in the pipes; clean the chemicals in the filter barrels; remove and clean the filter cartridges; clean all heaters in the tanks, remove dirt, and keep them dry.

For electroplating equipment used in printed circuit board production, there will be some differences in equipment due to varying production processes and manufacturers. Therefore, maintenance methods may differ, but it is essential to maintain the equipment correctly and timely. Equipment maintenance cannot be neglected in favor of production schedules. Only with correct, timely maintenance can the equipment run smoothly, maintain stable performance, and ensure production output and quality.
