What is the efficiency of electroplating equipment?
Currently, a type of fast electroplating equipment can electroplate multiple workpieces simultaneously. In addition, during the electroplating process, the liquid medium can accelerate the plating of the workpieces while extracting the liquid medium from the electroplating tank and filtering out impurities, ensuring the purity and quality of the electroplating process. This significantly improves the electroplating efficiency. The fast electroplating equipment includes an electroplating tank, an impurity filter, and a stirrer. The electroplating tank is placed on a frame, with an electroplating tank cover positioned on the top and sealed for contact. The upper side of the electroplating tank cover is equipped with multiple cathode rods and electroplating workpieces. The lower ends of the cathode rods and electroplating workpieces extend into the electroplating tank.
The electroplating tank is filled with electroplating liquid medium, and the lower ends of the cathode rods and electroplating workpieces are submerged in the liquid. At the lower end of the electroplating tank, there is a row of stirrers. The blades of the stirrers are partially located in the liquid medium, and the drive components are fixed on the frame. One end of the electroplating tank is equipped with a liquid suction pipe, and a one-way valve is installed at the connection between the electroplating tank and the suction pipe. The other end of the suction pipe is connected to the bottom of an impurity filter, and the upper end of the impurity filter is connected to a suction pump. The output end of the suction pump is connected to the electroplating tank through a drainage pipe. The impurity filter and the pumping pump are placed on a pump support base.

Should electroplating equipment be regularly inspected?
1. Frame: Regularly check if the surface of the stainless steel is deformed, check if the screws used for installation are loose, missing, or worn, and clean the dust on the surface to ensure the frame is clean and tidy.
2. Circulating filtration system: To ensure the flow rate of the filter, regularly clean or replace the filter cartridge.
3. Swing mechanism: Check the tightness of the reducer seat periodically. If severe wear is noticed, it needs to be replaced immediately.
4. Crane: Check if the machine works properly, if there are any unusual noises, and regularly debug the braking performance. Tighten the bearing seat and lubricate the bearings. If loosened, tighten them promptly; conversely, appropriate lubrication grease is needed.
If electroplating equipment is not used for an extended period, ensure that the floor is dry and the equipment's location is dry and ventilated. The equipment motor should be properly protected, and plastic wrap can be used. To prevent bearing rust, inject lubricating grease when storing the equipment. After prolonged disuse, before restarting, remove all sealing papers, check the connections, replace aging power cords, check the tightness of screws, and ensure the surface of stainless steel equipment is fully cleaned to maintain a neat appearance. Test the sensitivity of the equipment.
