Electroplating production lines refer to the collective term for all electroplating equipment used in the electroplating process of industrial products. 7. Post-process retrieval: The products on the production line must be retrieved according to the needs of the subsequent process.
The semi-automatic electroplating production line is equipped with rails, with a crane running on the rails to transport the workpieces into the plating tanks for processing. The crane is manually operated via a control button. In the design of the semi-automatic electroplating production line, the running speed of the crane and hooks, the number of workpieces, their surface area, production cycle, and process parameters are all carefully calculated. As a result, the product quality is stable, with good consistency, large production capacity, and a design load coefficient of over 85%. This type of production line is suitable for batch and mass production of precision electronics and small hardware parts, offering high output and good economic efficiency.
