Automatic Gantry Barrel Plating Production Line:

The types of plated products and plating time can be changed at any time. The whole line is controlled by computer. It adopts imported German brake motors to ensure stable operation, reliable braking and low vibration. The process flow can be flexibly adjusted according to product requirements to meet the plating needs of different products.

Plating equipment includes: German SIMONA PP plates, Japanese rectifier power supply system, high-precision acid and alkali resistant plating filters, tunnel drying furnaces, oil or gas heating furnaces, industrial filtration and recycling pure water machines, chillers, as well as waste treatment and exhaust systems, etc.

It is mainly used for nickel plating, chromium plating, zinc plating, etc. in the hardware plating industry.
